Terms of Use
Last updated: 29/09/2026
This document applies to Copiai (copiai.work). Official contact is available exclusively through the email shown at the end of this page.
1. The service
Copiai provides tools to capture, model, edit, publish, and analyze digital pages and offers. Some features and capacities depend on the subscribed plan and may evolve over time.
2. Account and security
You are responsible for keeping your account, authorized devices, and access credentials secure. Notify Copiai if you identify unauthorized use and do not share your account in ways that bypass plan limits or security controls.
3. Permitted and prohibited use
Use the service only for lawful purposes and with content you are legally allowed to access, reproduce, adapt, or publish. Copiai may not be used for phishing, fraud or scams, deceptive impersonation of brands or people, copyright or other rights violations, malware, unlawful data collection, illegal content, or activities that harm third parties.
4. User content and responsibility
You are fully responsible for pages you capture, edit, and publish, including scripts, pixels, forms, and integrations you add and the consequences of publication. By publishing through Copiai, you represent that you hold the rights, licenses, or permissions needed to use and make that content available.
5. Intellectual property, reports, and takedowns
Rights in third-party brands, works, and content remain with their respective owners. Suspected violations may be reported through /denunciar or the contact email. Copiai may take content offline while reviewing a report, request clarification, and keep it removed when a violation is confirmed. Repeated violations or abuse may lead to account suspension or termination.
6. Plans, billing, and renewals
Paid plans, charges, and renewals are processed by Cakto. Prices, billing periods, and applicable limits are those displayed when you subscribe. Recurring subscriptions may renew automatically under the selected offer until canceled.
7. Cooling-off and cancellation
For transactions subject to Brazilian consumer law, you may exercise the statutory 7-day cooling-off right under Article 49 of the Consumer Defense Code. You may also cancel future renewal at any time; except where a refund or chargeback requires immediate termination, access remains available until the end of the paid period.
8. Plan limits
Each plan may include limits for captures, storage, publishing, devices, tracking, or other features. Current limits appear in the product or plans page and may be adjusted for future cycles with notice when a change materially affects subscribed use.
9. Availability and maintenance
The service may undergo maintenance, updates, incidents, or temporary outages. Copiai will seek to keep the service available and secure but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
10. Suspension and termination
Copiai may limit, suspend, or terminate accounts, captures, or published sites in cases of fraud, security risk, applicable nonpayment, legal order, substantiated report, or breach of these Terms. When reasonably possible, the user will be informed of the reason and may seek clarification through the contact channel.
11. Liability
Within the limits permitted by Brazilian consumer law and other applicable laws, Copiai is not responsible for content created or published by the user, misuse by third parties, losses arising from external integrations, or consequences of acts outside the service's reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be waived.
12. Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated to reflect legal, security, or service changes. When an update requires new consent or materially affects users, Copiai will provide notice and request renewed acceptance on the next access.
13. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by Brazilian law. Where a consumer relationship applies, the courts of the consumer's domicile remain available, without prejudice to other rights provided by law.
